Key Responsibilities of Business Development Executive What You ll Do 1. Lead Generation Client Acquisition Identify potential clients in manufacturing, automotive, medical, electronics, and industrial sectors.
Generate B2B leads using IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads, and cold calling.
Develop a targeted lead generation strategy to attract high-value clients.
Reach out to decision-makers (CEOs, founders, procurement heads) via LinkedIn, calls emails.
Pitch CAD design, 3D modelling, and prototyping services to new customers.
Understand client pain points challenges and offer customized solutions.
Close deals and achieve monthly quarterly revenue targets.
Develop proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts maintain strong follow-ups.
Act as a consultant, helping clients improve their product design development process.
Upsell and cross-sell design, prototyping, and manufacturing solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Develop insights on pricing strategies, customer demands, and emerging technologies.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update client interactions in CRM tools.
Prepare weekly monthly sales reports and present business growth strategies.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Knowledge of CAD software engineering design services.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical sales.
Understanding of digital marketing sales automation tools.
