Job Title: Senior Pipe Stress Engineer

Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli)

Working Mode: Work from Office

Job Summary:

• Mechanical Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Pharma / ATF Industry.
• Professional with experience in Piping Stress Analysis using software like CAESAR II and adequate knowledge with the codes and standards, Piping materials, specifications, Data sheets & 3D modeling review tools (Navis simulate etc.) with Interdisciplinary coordination for all the Project phases.
• Support selection including Hangers, design & developing special piping support arrangements based on feasibility and layout requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Should have the ability to work as Discipline lead / group of stress engineers
• Preparing the Design basis documents for the stress analysis based on the project requirements.
• Ensure and maintain the International Standards like ASME, ANSI, DIN, EN, ISO, BS etc., in piping design.
• Carrying the Stress analysis activities as per the codes and standards, to check flexibility in the piping system and to recommend reinforcement & additional supports are required and marking the same in the corresponding isometric / layout drawings.
• Experience in visual clearances of Non-critical Piping systems, Span calculations, Expansion loop calculations, Trunion qualification calculations.
• Preparation & checking of piping stress isometrics, piping stress layouts.
• Preparation & Checking of Analysis reports as per client requirements.
• Reviewing the spring hangers, expansion joints requirement, floating the enquiry for the Spring hangers, expansion joints and evaluating the specifications.
• Experience in preparing loading data for other engineering information such as civil and mechanical.
• Implementing the checklist and tracking methodology.
• Internal coordination with other disciplines.
• External coordination with Host / Client.

Core Competencies:

• Proficient in stress analysis softwares like CAESAR II, Auto PIPE, CAEPIPE.
• Should have experience of dealing domestic and international clients.
• Expertise in providing solution for critical lines with both engineering and construction issues.

Qualification/License/Certification:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering
