We have urgent Requirement of Manager in Corporate Strategy & Planning Department .

Offered CTC - As per market standards.

Job Locations:- Delhi & Mumbai

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:-

• UG/PG in business administration, commerce, economics, finance, or related field.
• At least 8-10 years in corporate strategy, business development, management consulting, or similar roles preferably in BFSI
• Candidate should have team handling experience of at least 4-5 years.
• Candidate should have Good Analytics background (preferably green belt six sigma certified).

Key Responsibilities Area -

• This includes evaluating existing products and services, identifying growth opportunities, and assessing risks.
• Continuously monitoring the financial services industry and identifying opportunities for expansion or diversification. This involves analyzing customer needs and preferences, as well as regulatory changes
• Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to track the progress of strategic initiatives.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders on business performance, market dynamics, customer needs, product innovation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among various departments and functions to ensure alignment and integration of strategic initiatives and projects.
• Staying updated on regulatory changes in the financial industry and ensuring the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
