Tele calling Executive - Females

Position : INTERN Customer Care Executive (Female Freshers Only)

Job Description:

 Ensure Tele-Calling Every day & Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans

 Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.

 Coordinate with different Branch staff , Department heads for closure.

 Supervising day-to-day operationsin the customerservice department.

 Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

 Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

 Preparing MIS report send to concern department and ensure the targets are meet.

 Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

 Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

 Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings.

 Hiring and training new customer care Executive

 Staying informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.

Requirement:

 Bachelors degree Freshers or keen to Build career with Zeal in customer service position in BFSI, Banking

Sales.

 Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills

 Good written and verbal communication skills.

 Good understanding of management practices and techniques.

 Excellent leadership and interpersonalskills
