Health Counsellor

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site Health-Counsellor role located in Bhopal.

Responsible for providing counselling to the clients concerned about their lifestyle, eating habits and choices of food.

Responsible for pitching client a suitable diet plan based on their requirements.

Responsible for building rapport with the existing clients as well as the new clients.

Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation skills

Experience in tele-counselling or customer service

Knowledge of nutrition and diet plans

Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent writing and speaking skills

Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
