Role & responsibilities

• Drive, Suggest, assist in identify, setting up Sales through Dealer
• Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target.
• Support & motivate the field staff(FOS) to achieve individual and team target
• Courtesy calls to Dealer partners to gauge the customer satisfaction and the service levels of the local team. It also helps to build goodwill
• Build/ sustain interest and enthusiasm of sales officers in work.

Support the team by identifying Key dealerships and negotiate for bulk business

To handle and control Branch Retail Motor Business

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 yrs concentrating on retail selling, preferably from General Insurance industry background at least, a local person preferred
