Legal Manager - TP Claims

Role & responsibilities :

• Travelling across MACT Centres and compromise cases.
• Responsible for Taking proper appropriate Defense and contest cases.
• Ensure Reserve adequacy before finalisation of compromises.
• Ensure proper updation of upfront reserve in all the High value claims.
• Responsible for achieving total Monthly Regional Target
• Responsible for Measuring Advocate /Investigator Performance
• Empanelling of New Advocates/ Investigators where ever required
• Ensure No Investigation Pending >30 days.
• Support the Legal officer in achieving the compromise Targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate with minimum of 4 years of experience in handling Legal Claims for Insurance company and LLB completion mandate
