Service Manager - Gas Chromatography (6-12 yrs)

- Own all plans and strategies for developing service business and achieving the company's service goals

- Commissioning and warranty Follow-up

- Provide full visibility into the service (AMCs) and sale of spares pipeline at every stage

- Finalize AMC's and ensure timely renewals

- Check list for Client Service/ Satisfaction Rating

- Devise innovative growth strategies and Service business expansion

- Understand scope of client's requirement

- Developing plans and strategies for overall growth of GC (AMC's & Sales of spares)

- Identify new business opportunities with developed product

- Inputs to Development team on new product as per market intelligence/ demand in market place as well as enhancement of existing product

- Undertake competitor analysis and reporting

- Investigate factors impacting service performance.

- Visits and personal meeting with existing clients

- Customer retention - Manage portfolio of existing customers

- Identify their requirements

- Feedback for customer satisfaction and Improvement suggestions to Management

- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights

- Exhibition participation

- Conference, Event participation & Sponsoring

- Training and development of subordinates
