Key Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to, vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and protect the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Conduct IP due diligence for potential business transactions.
• Stay abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure the company's operations remain compliant.
• Handle legal disputes and litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
• Provide legal advice to various business units and conduct training sessions to enhance legal awareness within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues arising in different areas of the business.

About you:

• Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on UK Commercial Business and Intellectual Property law.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Experience in handling intellectual property matters, including trademark registrations and enforcement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
