Job Description

Qualification Profile B.Sc (IT)/CS/MBA/LLB/ Other graduates with relevant experience.

Experience

Minimum 6+ Years of experience in information technology compliance

Job Responsibilities

Periodic review of Compliance with various directives of SEBI given by way of Act, Rules, Regulations, Circulars
Assessment of compliance implications of circulars and plan for implementing (more to do with technology compliances by Members)
Define process/procedures for new compliance, Coordination with senior staff for obtaining approvals. If required co-ordinate with other exchanges/regulator.
Draft the standard procedure for Member compliance and issue the circular.
Automate the process for Member compliance and coordinate with development team
Implement the new process and trace the member compliance
Prepare the regulator reports and coordinate with senior staff for review and approval
Timely submission of report to regulator
Tracking of member compliance and generating MIS
Review of report submitted by members and provide feedback for their compliance.
Recovery of penalty and tracking of the same.
For Committee meetings preparation of draft agenda and ATR

With 100% job security, you'll often find unskilled individuals who have remained in their positions for a long time. Being on higher position they don't have any knowledge a part from their current role.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Qualified people will be sidelined. They will recruit people from outside with higher salary whome people working at lower position will train. But people working from long time with good qualification will not be promoted in name of Policy issue. Because of that you will see in every department skillful people leaving in a tenure of 1-3 years.
