Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Jindal Stainless in Jajpur.

- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, implementing strategies to achieve business goals, and ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Qualifications:

- Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills.

- Operations Management and Process Improvement experience.

- Financial Analysis and Budgeting skills.

- Knowledge of stainless steel industry trends and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred
