Senior Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely reporting.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance, ensuring timely filings and adherence to regulatory norms.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decision-making.
• Ensure effective cash flow management and optimize working capital requirements.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory audits and tax assessments.
• Implement and monitor cost control measures to enhance profitability.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, taxation laws, and industry best practices.
