Technical QA Manager

Job Description:

• Develop test automation strategy for large complex projects in AGILE methodology
• Design Test Automation Framework, Execution and Lead automation delivery using Java/Selenium and Cucumber tools
•  Designing, creating Constructing and executing Automation test cases for API web services
•  Experience in Selenium, Web Driver and TestNG
•  Contribute to team agile planning activities and backlog prioritization and management
•  Identify, verify, report, and regress bugs
•  Collaborates with product line stakeholders to understand and develop strategies,
  frameworks relating to their emerging demands
•  Driving innovation/adoption of Industry practices through investigation/institutionalization of
  New tools/methods/standards
•  Collaborate with Development team to minimize the impact on automation due to dev
  changes
•   Strong customer interaction
•   Should be able to help in data handling with Excel, Have strong presentation preparing and
  delivery skills
•   A deep, practical understanding of SDLC processes including Requirements, Design,
  Development, Build, Release Management, and Quality Assurance
•   Preferred to have knowledge in Storage domain
•   Should be good in people management
