Legal Compliance

• Co-ordinate with respective stakeholders to understand the arrangement, commercials, other teams and capture the same in the agreement
• Review of agreements with the help of consultant
• Preparing agreement tracker for pending agreement and ensuring timely closure of agreements
• Maintain tracker of executed agreement and monitor timely renewal of any expiring agreement
• To ensure that organizational legal matters are managed properly, efficiently, and that the relevant and respective stakeholders are shared and given proper advice and guidance.
• Handle all litigations/arbitration with the help of legal counsel vide collate, review, and provide all relevant document to counsel for review and further submission
• Attend the meetings /conferences/hearings as and when required
• Vetting tender documents and collate all the documents required for applying tender
• Provide end to end support for Trademark registration with the help of consultant
• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the companylegal function
• Handle RBI related compliance

Secretarial Compliance

• Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.
• Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.
• Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, and secretaries.
• Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors.
• Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with investors and provide the data as and when requirement come
• File all the ROC related forms on a timely manner and monitor the complaince tracker
