Job Responsibilities:

• Handling all network chargeback cases of VISA, Rupay and MasterCard as an acquire

• Carrying out analysis of disputes and highlighting of issues to concerned teams in order to reduce customer complaints

• Guiding merchant for chargeback reason code along issuer documents taking follow up for retrieving required documents for necessary closure

• Keeping track of re-presentment done closing the same in system within TAT by processing refund if any due.

• Provide resolution of dispute raised by issuing bank on our merchant POS/Ecom including keeping track of recovery.

• Handling further stages of dispute (Pre-arbitration Arbitration) attending mail correspondence.

• Downloading understanding network latest manual including implementing in day to day case handling.
