MIS Executive

• Create visualizations and reports for requested data and development of data set from multiple data sources.
• Generate and automate periodic reports, real-time dashboards & guest application usage schedules based on multiple sources of data.
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Interpret the data/reporting requirements of business operational users.
• Design, build and deploy data projections. Create tools to store data.
• Evaluate and improve existing Dashboards and reports.
• Work with our testing & support teams to manage the processes around client User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and fixing any defects identified.
• Support the exploration of proof of concepts and ultimately satisfy requirements.
• Effectively communicate technical information to a technical and non-technical audience.
• Develop and update technical documentation.

Must have

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a desire to seek the root cause of an issue.
• Experience with MS Excel (Advanced Level) and Data Analytic Skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of integrating MS Power-BI & ITSM Tool ZohoDesk.
• Knowledge of Service Management/Service Desk concepts and processes.

Experience- 1+ year
