MANDATORY EXPERIENCE IN AD FILMS: 8+ YEARS

1. Storytelling Mastery: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling narratives for films, commercials, branded content, and other offline projects.
2. Technical Expertise: Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, or Final Cut Pro. Strong understanding of pacing, rhythm, and structure.
3. Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to bring their vision to life while offering innovative editing solutions.
4. Visual and Audio Sync: Ensure seamless synchronization of visuals and soundtracks, including handling rough sound mixes and basic color grading when necessary.
5. Problem-Solving Skills: Address creative challenges, suggest alternatives, and implement feedback efficiently under tight deadlines.
6. File Management: Organize and maintain project files, sequences, and media assets to ensure a streamlined workflow.

JUNIOR OFFLINE EDITOR
