Inside Sales Manager-Immediate Joining (ONLY Female Candidate)

Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Executive will play a crucial role in securing sponsorships for our high-profile international events. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, engaging in meaningful conversations, negotiating partnerships, and closing deals. You will work closely with our marketing and events teams to ensure sponsors needs are met and long-term relationships are built.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for potential sponsors across various industries.

- Engage with potential sponsors through cold calling, email campaigns, and virtual meetings.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to close sponsorship deals.

- Present event opportunities and tailor sponsorship packages to meet clients needs.

- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring mutual value for both parties.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure sponsor requirements are met.

- Provide exceptional client service, acting as the main point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after events.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in sponsorship sales or event sales.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.

- Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.

- Ability to understand client needs and present suitable sponsorship packages.

- Familiarity with corporate events, sponsorship landscapes, and B2B sales is a plus.

- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
