Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems. T he Test Automation Framework you will help develop is grounded in Robot Framework based on Python or our Cloud Native Test Platform. As a member of our team, you will be developing an in-house, AWS Cloud Native system that support our company s Quality Engineering services and capabilities. This role requires a blend of creative and analytical skills to tackle complex problems and create efficient, reliable software solutions. Leveraging your expertise in AWS services and programming languages, you will build and deliver software products that meet the needs of business and end-users.

What will you do in this role

Work and collaborate with product manager to develop product that addresses business needs.

Architect, design, code, verify, test, and document custom software applications for AWS and Azure Cloud systems.

Develop AWS Cloud Native Applications and custom Azure DevOps solutions.

Support our RobotFramework Library development and Test Automation Framework

Deploy and manage high-performance computing clusters, platforms and AWS managed services in a DevOps environment using our tech stack (Node / React, Java, Python, .NET, Lambda, Step Functions, RobotFramework, Tosca).

Optimize compute and data workflows for performance and cost-efficiency in cloud-based environments.

Create scripts and tools for automating cluster deployment, monitoring, and management (e.g., using CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, AWS CLI, etc.) .

Perform test automation by designing test cases and test scripts.

Operate within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the project manager.

Participate in all phases of the SDLC system lifecycle, ensuring alignment with functional, compliance, and project goals using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Support Quality Engineering and testing of the product using tools such as Tricentis Tosca or test automation frameworks.

Provide operational support for the product.

What should you have

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any technology stream.

3+ years of hands-on experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, REST API, HTTP, SQL, and databases, along with at least one additional programming language from our supported stack (Node/React, Java, .NET).

3+ years of experience with programming and scripting languages in Python, SQL, and Bash.

Experience with AWS, Azure Cloud Services, and containerization technologies such as Docker is necessary.

Proven ability in architecting, building, and maintaining scalable services.

Experience with version control using Git and CI/CD pipeline automation using GitHub Actions or similar tools.

Experience in automation testing

Familiarity with AI technologies such as GPT and Copilot
