Role Overview As a Delivery Lead in Software Engineering, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of software projects. You will act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations. You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of software projects, this includes managing timelines, resources, and budgets. You will implement and promote Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to ensure iterative development and continuous delivery. What will you do in this role

• Design, verify, document, amend and refactor complex software configurations for deployment. Contribute to the selection of the software configuration methods, tools and techniques.
• Contribute to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas. Identify and evaluate alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability. Align solutions with enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security).
• Create multiple design views to address the different stakeholders concerns and to handle functional and non-functional requirements. Assists in the evaluation of options and trade-offs.
• Take technical responsibility across all stages and iterations of software development. Plan, drive, measure and monitor applications of project/team standards for software construction, including software security.
• Implement scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks. Collaborate across parties involved in product, systems or service design and development to enable comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide effective feedback to encourage development of the individuals and teams responsible for systems and software life cycle working practices. Provide guidance and make suggestions to support continual improvement and learning approach.
• Manage communication and set priorities with the Product Manager and/or Business Product Owner.
• Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the Product manager.

What should you have

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
• 11+ years of hands-on experience working with technologies - HTML, CSS, REST API, HTTP, SQL and databases, at least one programming language from our supported stack (TypeScript / Node / React, Java, Python, .NET)
• Familiarity with modern product development practices - Agile, Scrum, test driven development, UX, design thinking.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, Docker , infrastructure as code, observability, continuous integration/continuous deployment - CI/CD).
• Cloud-native, ideally AWS certified.
• Product and customer-centric approach.
