Senior Technical Lead, Software Development

A university degree (Bachelor s / Master s) in artificial intelligence, computer science, electrical engineering or mathematics

Required skills:

At least 5 years experience in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing domain

• At least 5 years experience in Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing domain

1. Proven experience in the training, evaluation, and deployment of AI/ML models, covering all stages from data ingestion to model deployment.
2. Proficiency with deploying and using LLMs
3. Experience and proficiency in prompt engineering
4. Proficiency in Python, along with practical experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
5. Eagerness to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the NLP domain

• Experience in building, deploying, and managing ML pipelines in public clouds (AWS, Azure)
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working on GenAI tools
• Expertise with large vision models and graph neural networks
• Experience with data curation
• Experience with related tools such as SQL/NoSQL, Docker, Kubernetes.
