RCU Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage risk containment unit (RCU) operations, ensuring effective fraud investigation and mitigation strategies are implemented.
  
• Oversee FCU activities, including risk evaluation, monitoring, and reporting to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  
• Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that may indicate potential fraudulent activity.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in a similar role within the NBFC/banking industry.
  
• Strong understanding of risk control units (RCU), fraud control, risk evaluation, and risk management principles.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and identify potential risks.
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must have knowledge of the product (LAP/Mortgage)
