Role & responsibilities

Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.

Explain the features and benefits of the LAP product, answer client queries, and guide them through the application process.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system.

Assist clients with necessary documentation and application forms required for the LAP process.

Follow up with potential clients who show interest but haven't completed the loan process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th grade pass or equivalent Graduates preferred.

Proficiency in Gujarati (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex financial products in simple terms.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
