- This role will support the development of required technical, systems, and functional architecture views, design documents, security documentation, and technical plans.
- Primary duties will include collaboration with stakeholders, business representatives, and subject matter experts to identify and analyze capability gaps and translate strategic objectives into the development or enhancement of Dynamics CRM system capabilities by creating, implementing, and maintaining solutions in Dynamics CRM.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for the development and ongoing support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Support ProAct teams and external partners as a subject matter expert for all aspects related to Microsoft Dynamics software.
- Design and implement MS Dynamics CRM solutions to be fully compliant with customer business processes.
- Manage project plans and initiatives for Power Tools from conceptual stages through implementation, including communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Participate in product development activities such as evaluating architecture, design review, QA, and leading UAT/deployment efforts.
- Maintain a documented knowledge base that is both technical and functional.
- Act as a technical liaison for Power Tools, collaborating with KPH IT and Microsoft/AWS.
- Work with other software developers, business analysts, software architects, and IT professionals to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with department leads to write requirements and identify CRM-based solutions for improving data access and integrity.
- Develop and maintain a platform roadmap.
