Technical Project Manager - Chatbot Development (2-5 yrs)

Role: Technical Project Manager.

What are we looking for ?

- A functional PM with 2-4 years of experience.

- Experience in managing projects that involved Chatbot development or AI/ML based projects would be an added advantage.

- Manage the master schedule for the implementation and facilitate weekly review with key stakeholders and workstream leads.

- Manage the cross-functional, cross-workstream, and 3rd party vendor project tasks/project plan elements, facilitate collaboration on the interdependencies - coordinate and track dependencies across agile teams and products.

- Manage and track SDLC/ADLC documentation including storage and approval.

- Experience in managing projects that involved Chatbot development or AI/ML based projects would be an added advantage.

- Maintain and enforce program controls.

- Provide content expertise, decipher technical needs, and anticipate future requirements from the users to the product team.

- Support interdependent products through key governance cadences (e.g., scrum of scrums, day-to-day budget monitoring, Quarterly Business Reviews) across agile teams and products.

- Coordinate with third-party vendors to align on deliverables and timelines.

- Track and report on program metrics (e.g., budget, schedule, quality, financials, productivity) through dashboards and flag any issues with resolution path.

- Facilitate technical design discussions with tech leads and architects to prioritize technical requirements, determine feasibility, and make trade-off decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders of different functions and seniority levels through progress updates and reports.

- Coordinate with Product Managers to define and deliver on platform vision, strategy, prioritization, and execution.

- Support test strategy with Architect and tech leads and optimize release cycles to ensure release quality / readiness.

- Escalate urgent issues, identify risks, and drive them to closure in a timely manner.
