Job Description
- Building scalable systems using tools such as Google Analytics platform, Google Tag Manager and UTM encoding to track key digital and website activities, evaluate their impact, and present recommendations to leadership to improve return on investment
- Analyzing customer behavior and conversion trends across channels - paid, social, search, email, and web - to create personas, model customer journeys, and forecast outcomes such as cost of acquisition for new initiatives
- Collaborating across the Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics, Marketing, and Business Development teams to drive growth-related KPIs for the company
- Managing insight development through experimentation with digital tools, multivariate and A/B tests, and new platforms with the aim of launching a team insights library to collect learnings and deepen analyses over time
- Undergraduate degree or higher, marketing, business, technology, or data science focus preferred
- 5+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing in financial services or e-commerce
- Demonstrated ability using data to support customer acquisition and conversion through digital channels, especially from paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and web analytics
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and best practices
- Superior analytical skill and technical toolkit with a high degree of detail orientation
- Mastery of the Google Marketing Suite: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio, Optimize, and Ads
- Proficiency with industry standard digital tools including SEO/SEM tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs), social listening tools (e.g. Sprout Social), and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce)
- Experience creating data visualizations (Tableau), dashboards, and automating reports
- Experience with attribution tracking and modeling is a major plus
