Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Head of Programmatic - Nexus India and National Revenue Head - GroupM Matrix 3 best things about the job: 1. In this role, your goals will be: In three months:
Own relationships with agency business group managing partners, programmatic / product and planning leads to deliver against growth strategy.
Gain understanding of NMS products, Programmatic landscape and organisational structure & workflows.
In six months:
Responsible for the overall performance attainment (revenue, net sales, profit) of NMS agency partners.
Ownership of agency forecasting including input into QRF process and accurate weekly / monthly performance representation.
Engage c-level agency stakeholders building a trusted advisor relationship, enlisting support and promotion of growth strategy at both agency and with clients.
In 12 months:
Act as a key strategic advisor to Tier 1 clients supporting their growth through delivering a JBP, in partnership with agency, including growth roadmaps, maturity frameworks and omnichannel activation.
Own Tier 1 client engagement cadence, securing regular touchpoints with key stakeholders (marketing, business development, finance) including QBRs and 6 month reviews.
Manage and develop a high performing agency growth team to deliver against business targets.
Set focus and priority for team through defined and measurable goals.
Act as a role model for customer excellence, and ensure a high standard of your team s delivery.
What your day job looks like at GroupM:
Partnering with internal teams & agency partners for ongoing business requirements.
Managing & advising client engagement heads for north, west & south market on devising the strategies for day to day work requirements.
Leading client meetings for ongoing business as well as pitches.
Engages effectively with multiple teams and business leaders who are critical to success

Minimum qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in digital landscape.
Prior experience in servicing and client facing role.
