1. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations in procurement activities.
2. Conduct regular audits of procurement processes and inventories.
3. Address any procurement risks such as price fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and vendor reliability. Team Management:
1. Supervise and mentor procurement staff to ensure optimal performance.
2. Provide training to team members on procurement processes and best practices.
3. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, production, logistics) to align procurement needs with operational objectives. Reporting and Analysis:
