Qualification-
Post Graduate from a reputed institute or university ( MBA will be preferred)
Experience-
2-3 Years
Roles and Responsibilities-
- The Core Responsibility involves is finding the right placement opportunities for students as per thier skill sets.
- Liaising with Industry and organizations for sourcing campus placement opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with students to discover skills and preferences.Organize and Coordinate the campus placements drives.
- Sharing the reports to the stakeholders as and when asked.
- Monitering the Industry trends to ensure thats students are aligned with the changing needs of job market.
- Data Management:-Preparing and Keeping the record of NAAC and NIRF.
