Job Role: Sales Manager
- The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading sales efforts for our School Management Software and Mobile Apps.
- The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- The Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring the company's growth objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by networking, referrals, and through the company's extensive database of potential clients.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools to promote our software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and stay competitive.
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the software or education sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
