Job Description
Senior GRC Analyst (Governance, Risk Compliance) (2-3 years) Full Time , Bangalore About the Role: A fast-paced work environment with ample opportunity to learn and grow. Flexible work timings in a hybrid setting
- Coordinate client audits with internal teams
- Conduct internal audits for MoveInSync One transport operations
- Maintain the risk scorecard for all MoveInSync One sites by auditing the MoveInSync software
What You ll Do:
What Youll Need: - Understand the MoveInSync SaaS product and conduct audits to reduce risk exposure
- Implement and track adherence to internal audit policies and procedures
- Execute audits of business units, client sites, and processes as per the audit calendar
- Conduct ad hoc investigations at client sites for identified or reported risks
- Review compliance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures
- Communicate findings and recommend corrective actions
- Present audit results to stakeholders and agree on timelines for implementation
- Maintain and update audit trackers, manuals, and tools
- Implement and monitor governance controls
- Calculate and publish risk scorecards monthly to clients
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in maintaining risk registers and closing internal audit findings is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team
- 2-3 years of experience in conducting or managing internal audits and resolving audit findings
- MBA/B.Tech
