Job Description :

- Implement and configure SAP EPPM modules, including SAP Project System (PS), SAP Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), and related tools.

- Customise the system based on organisational needs and specific industry requirements.

- Integrate SAP EPPM with other SAP modules like SAP S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain

- Assist organisations in defining and managing their project portfolios.

- Enable the prioritisation and selection of projects based on strategic business objectives.

- Oversee project initiation, approval, and prioritisation processes within SAP EPPM.

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to plan, schedule, and manage projects in SAP.

- Set up project structures, work breakdown structures (WBS), and networks in the system.

- Monitor project progress and performance, including financials and resources.

- Manage resource planning, allocation, and utilisation in line with project requirements.

- Monitor resource availability and identify potential bottlenecks or resource conflicts.

- Ensure optimal resource use and help the organisation achieve efficient project delivery.

- Identify and assess risks related to project delivery and portfolio management.

- Use SAP EPPM tools to document, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.

- Support the organisation in developing contingency plans to address potential problems.

- Track project costs, budgets, and revenue using SAP EPPM's financial management functionalities.

- Create detailed reports on project performance, financial status, and portfolio summaries for stakeholders.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of the SAP EPPM system.

- Troubleshoot issues, bugs, and system errors, and escalate them to the appropriate support teams if necessary.

- Drive continuous improvements in the SAP EPPM solution based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

- Ensure that all project and portfolio management activities comply with organizational governance and regulatory requirements.

- Support audit and compliance processes by providing accurate data and documentation from the SAP EPPM system.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, IT teams, and external consultants.

- Act as a bridge between the technical SAP EPPM environment and business users, translating business requirements into system configurations.

- Monitor the overall performance of the SAP EPPM system, including system performance, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.

- Continuously review processes and workflows to identify areas for optimisation and increased efficiency.
