Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core Java development, as well as proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality standards. The role requires strong coding abilities, knowledge of modern web standards and best practices, and a solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 8 to 20 years of experience in Java development
• Strong programming skills in Java, including knowledge of Java SE 8/11
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Struts, or Hibernate
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, or Node.js
• Familiarity with databases and Java coding for database access
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications
• Writing clean and efficient code that meets coding standards and best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements
• Conducting unit testing and debugging to ensure software functionality and quality
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues
• Continuously enhancing and improving software performance and scalability
• Keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trend

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Java development or related technologies are a plus
