Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience principles while also designing engaging, graphic and intuitive user interfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs which are based on research.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Client for understanding and refining the UX/UI visual design
Collaborate with all the team members by using an agile process with related practices and process
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
Create and deliver Wireframe, Prototype, Mockup, Logos, Poster, Brochure, Web page mockup, design system, usability testing, responsive design etc.
Work with project management to accurately estimate and scope out projects
Work with design teams during planning and implementation phases
Work with developers to ensure that the website/application is functional and visually appealing
Plan the layout of the application/website
Ensure cross-device and cross-platform compatibility
Adhering to industry accepted like AAA, US Section 503, ADA Compliance, WAVE etc.
Knowledge in testing methodology like Guerrilla, A/B, Cognitive, Heat Map, WCAG Color, Accessibility
Test projects using testing methodology,
Knowledge of Version Control Repositories like SVN, Git/Github, Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps
Capability to deliver tasks in time

Requirements

5-6 years of experience
Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Excellent knowledge of designing in Graphic or Visual, Layout, Template
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping.
Good Knowledge in device based designs (like Responsive design, Adaptive, Progressive Enhancement, Gradual Degradation)
Knowledge of software development methodologies like Waterfall, Agile
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to stakeholders.
Understanding in SEO is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to work closely with developers.
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, experience with data-driven design approaches, and an understanding of the latest UX/UI trends and tools.
