Job Description
- Monitoring compliance: Monitoring the day to day company s adherence to policies and procedures
- Infra compliances Monitoring all Infra and pre-requisites for functioning and validity of licenses is tracked
- Violations: identify and streamline any violations of laws or regulations to management and regulatory bodies
- Resolving issues: Resolving all end to end issues with respect to licenses
- Developing policies: Creating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitoring Communication to authorities- Monitoring communications to the authority with respect to all licenses.
- Renewals- Escalating to Regional Head and COO for renewal of license
- Submissions to regulatory authority- update on all the submission of documents to authorities and maintaining a tracker for that and reporting to manager.
- Update- Update management with compliance tracker on a monthly basis.
