Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Operations:
Responsible for end-to-end management of invoicing and recovery
Work closely with the biz teams to ensure correct timely invoicing
Work closely with the network team to ensure timely recovery/ collections
Liason with hospitals to ensure timely rectification of disputes and 0 loss in recovery
Set up processes to handle financial escalations, payment issues and settlement issues
Set up loan/alternate payment partners or work with in-house loan team to disburse finance
Track financial health of the vertical - collections & billings with partners & hospitals.
Liaise with the Finance and Network team to ensure cash flow consistency.
Requirements
Proven work experience as an Finance/ Insurance Manager
Hands on experience managing invoicing, collections & insurance team
In-depth understanding of the insurance claims & billing process
In-depth understanding of hospital pricing, insurance packages & PSU packages
In-depth understanding of TPA & Insurance coordination
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
