Sales And Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive the sales and market penetration of Motion Controllers, Ether-CAT solutions, Servo Motors, PLCs, and HMIs. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of industrial automation products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Role & responsibilities

• Identify target markets and develop sales strategies to achieve business goals.
• Explore and expand market opportunities in automotive, robotics, and other relevant industries.
• Develop relationships with potential clients and maintain strong connections with existing customers.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions leveraging Motion Controllers, EtherCAT, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, showcasing technical features and benefits.
• Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and presentations to promote solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Provide inputs for product development and improvement based on market feedback.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
• Develop long-term partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and distributors.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, digital marketing, exhibitions, and trade shows.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address client queries and post-sales supports.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering or Sales (Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical)
• Strong technical knowledge of Motion Controllers, EtherCAT, PLCs, and HMIs.
• Proven sales and marketing experience in industrial automation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in the automotive and robotics industries.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols like EtherCAT, Modbus, and Profinet.
• Knowledge of automation applications such as CNC machines, robotic arms, and factory automation systems.
