Job Description
We are currently seeking an Associate to be part of our Outsourced Finance and Accounting (OFA) team. Our OFA group helps our clients to run their businesses more profitably and efficiently by providing finance and accounting services utilizing the latest cloud-based tools, processes and best practices. More importantly, we help our clients gain meaning from the accounting information so they can make better decisions about the things that matter. We re a highly collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to our dynamic client base by delivering accounting services and related consulting.
- Work independently helping clients execute their financial transactions using cloud-based accounting tools.
- Work as part of a team to prepare month end close and financial reporting.
- Proactively manage conflicting deadlines and priorities, clearly communicating progress with clients and supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree with a major in accounting or a related field required.
- 1 year of recently related experience.
- A passion for learning and using technology to deliver the highest possible client service.
- Ability to be a part of our closely-knit team, but also mature enough to function independently at client locations when required.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and interested in taking the initiative for personal growth and development.
- Occasional same day travel within the Northern California as needed - Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook).
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or other cloud-based accounting systems and tools preferred.
