About Us:
Mosaic Wellness is building digital first, health brands for elective health concerns.
Man Matters, is a digital elective health platform for men, helping 2.5M+ men every year diagnose and solve for their hair loss, beard growth, fitness and nutrition concerns by offering personalized treatment plans and access to expert doctors and health coaches.
Be Bodywise, is an online women s elective health platform, serving 4M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, Sleep and nutrition.
Little Joys, is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M+ parents every year solve for their child s physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.
Job Summary:
We are shaking things up in the elective health space at Mosaic Wellness and are looking for a lead front-end engineer to join our team. If you have 6+ years of front-end experience especially with React, Next.js, and React Native and are passionate about building intuitive UI/UX using first principles, we d love to talk.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of our web and native applications using React-based technologies.
- Drive technical design and make key UI/UX decisions grounded in first principles.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless, high-performing applications.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications Required:
- At least 6 years of front-end development experience.
- A good degree in Computer Science is a plus (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on expertise in React, with experience in React Native and Next.js.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and design principles.
- An individual who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and resonates with our culture of innovation and agility.
- Someone eager to lead and mentor a growing team while staying hands-on with technical challenges.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in React, Next.js, React Native, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- UI/UX First Principles: Ability to apply first principles to design intuitive, engaging interfaces.
- Leadership: Experience in guiding teams, mentoring talent, and driving technical vision.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork in an agile environment.
