Role & responsibilities
1. Proficient in Tally Prime
2. Handling statutory compliances such as TDS, GST by coordinating with the internal auditor
3. Prepare draft financials, provisional financials, projections for banking needs
4. Coordinate with the statutory audit team for preparation and finalising of the company's financials, tax audit report
5. Coordinate with the Company secretary for all company law related matters, board resolutions, filing of annual returns etc.
6. Coordinate with the banks for all critical matters such as BOE pendency, issues in processing foreign exchange payments, OD renewal documentation, FD booking, etc
7. Should be able to onboard new customer's by explaining our flow of transactions and support them when there queries raised by them.
8. Manage a team of 4 members (expected to grow bigger in the future)
9. Understanding the accounting from an importer perspective and providing timely solutions to the teams and customers
10. Collection followup for foreign inwards
11. Ensuring we are in-line with all compliance requirements such as PF, Legal Metrology, NPPA, LUT, LEI, etc.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be CA Inter qualified with articleship experience or equivalent experience for minimum 5 years, preferably in the field of imports/exports.
