Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our clients business processes, analyzing their requirements, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet their needs. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support and training.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client requirements.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing Business Central solutions.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients end-users.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Business Central implementations.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to implement customizations and integrations.
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates, features, and industry trends.
Document solution designs, configurations, and processes.
He or she understands the Accountings and finances clearly
Understand the Government Tax policy, especially for the USA, Australia, and India
Business to Business Financial understanding
Understand the Business central integration with other ERPs

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred.
