Online Pharmacy Product Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in optimizing our product catalog. You will analyze the current product list, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify new products to expand our offerings. This role is ideal for someone with a strong pharmaceutical background and a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Assessment: Review our existing product catalog to identify products that can be sold, cannot be sold, or require compliance adjustments.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products in our portfolio adhere to the latest pharmaceutical regulations and guidelines.
• Market Research: Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Opportunity Analysis: Recommend products to add, remove, or promote to enhance our online pharmacys competitive edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the eCommerce and procurement teams to ensure proper categorization, descriptions, and listing of products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or higher; registration with a pharmacy council is required.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail or online pharmacy setup.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, including restricted and over-the-counter drugs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and opportunities in the product portfolio.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic inventory management systems.
