Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day to day accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable / receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
• Ensure GST , TDS and other statutory tax compliance , including filing returns on time.
• Assist in expense tracking, and financial forecasting.
• Work with auditors and regulatory bodies for compliance and financial reporting.
• Manage IT service billing , ensuring proper financial documentation and compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting preferably in an IT firm.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of taxes, & compliance GST,TDS, Income Tax and other statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in using Tally.
