Executive / Senior Executive - Cell & Gene

Job Description.

• Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience in formulation development, preferably with a focus on nucleic acid (RNA, mRNA) delivery using lipid-based systems.
• Strong understanding of lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology, nucleic acid chemistry, and biophysics of mRNA encapsulation and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with formulation techniques such as microfluidics, solvent injection, or lipid film hydration for LNPs.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as DLS, HPLC, UV-Vis, fluorescence spectroscopy, and zeta potential analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and quality control standards for the development of clinical-stage drug products.
• Experience in GMP manufacturing or supporting clinical development programs is a plus.
