Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

* New Business Development for International Market.

* Develop sales strategies and plans tailored to specific international target markets, considering cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.

* Monitor and analyze international marketing performance, including ROI and market penetration.

* Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging for international markets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.

* Plan and coordinate international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing events.

* Leverage events as opportunities to generate leads, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Participate in regular Business Development team meetings and meetings with key stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor s degree, ideally with a focus on Life Sciences.
• A true understanding of Regulatory Affairs.
• Languages English (Fluent)
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in selling services to small and mid-size pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
• Thorough knowledge of European-based Life Sciences industries and established relationships with industry leaders.
• Communication, Collaboration, Negotiation Persuasion, Project Management, Computer, and Business Intelligence skills.
• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations.
• A problem solver analysing and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
• High level of ambition, resilient and flexible able to deal with ambiguity and change, within a midsize but high-growth business.
• A self-starter with a driving personality and willingness to take on responsibilities in a proactive manner.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Quality focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills (English).
