He or she should be MD or MBBS DGO, should have labour room skill, operative surgeries like Caesarean Section, minor procedures, hysterectomy's, obstetrics management, laparoscopic/hysteroscopic, total abdominal hysterectomy, vaginal hysterectomy's, tubectomy, sonography etc.
There is no age limit (he or she should be physically fit can be retire person with good health)
