Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all quality control and quality assurance activities in the plant.
• Directly responsible for QM/ QSE Scores of plant as per targets.
• Responsible for driving system in plant through routines.
• Overall responsible for implementing & reviewing Quality management system in the plant.
• Directly responsible for conformance to specification of finished goods leaving the plant.
• Directly responsible for conducting the required test on raw materials, packaging materials, water treatment, syrup manufacturing and finished product at a specified frequency.
• Responsible for coordinating and controlling all lab activities in line with company policy
• Responsible for availability and calibration of testing equipments.
• Directly responsible for implementing GMP and GHK in the plant.
• Directly responsible for PEST control in the Plant.
• Responsible for External Testing of Waste water, ETP Sludge, Treated water and other process parameters.
• Responsible for Maintaining Waste water quality as per standards.
• Directly responsible for driving TPM activities in the plant.
• Responsible for Concentrate & Sugar Yield as per agreed targets.
• MIS reporting at desired frequency to Senior Management & CCI
• Responsible for Performance Management & Training for team member.

Overall responsibility of process parameters (Syrup Room/WTP/ETP)

Preferred candidate profile

B. Tech/M. Sc.- Food Tech/Food Science/Biotech/Micro

8-15 years of relevant experience in Beverage/Food industry
