Overview
Moodys Shared Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-Business Systems Analysis for the Automation/Operations team within the Data and Analytics department. Based in Gurgaon, India, the ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge in data processes, business intelligence, and automation processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage ongoing operational processes while continually evaluating current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating effectively with the team to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage support for operational processes within the Data and Analytics team.
- Coordinate the creation of process documentation (SOPs) and establish a comprehensive set of guidelines to standardize and streamline operations
- Oversee Automation/Data/BI server support to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Monitor and support automation, business intelligence, and data processes to ensure seamless operations and address issues promptly.
- Handle security and access controls to protect data and maintain system integrity.
- Track use cases across the data and analytics team for automation, Gen AI, data, and business intelligence.
- Manage the environment, security, and post production support for Gen AI applications to ensure optimal operation and resource allocation.
- Handle incident management in BI operations to resolve issues efficiently and route to correct area.
- Provide support for security and access in BI to maintain data safety.
- Monitor and report on metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication to ensure transparency.
- Monitor and report on metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
People Leadership:
This role is a people leadership role and will start out with one analyst and build up the team to support more of the operations. This role is crucial to the success of the operations team and will need a skilled employee knowledgeable in automation, data, Power BI, different data frameworks, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with automation solutions and operational responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in automation, AI, or machine learning are highly desirable.
- Process certification (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, PMP) is highly desirable.

Team PEC is super amazing in terms of culture but growth has become stagnant in the team. Leaders are brilliant but Assistant Directors and Assocuate directors need to do a better job; Salaries and hikes are decent, which varies depending on level. Job security is one thing you can expect from this organisation, as good as a govt job. Kudos to their belief system
