AUDIT MANAGER:

Qualification-CA/CS 

Gender- Male/Female

Skills- Customs, GST , legal

JD:

• Creating a framework for ensuring GST compliance on due dates for all branches & closely
  monitoring the same
• Ensuring complete GST compliances for all transactions     
•      Ensuring optimal ITC credit utilization & following up with the stakeholders for ITC not
  reflecting in GSTR2B & vice versa
•      Experience in handling GST Assessments and Notices received from GST Department
•      Ensuring Secretarial compliances
•      Ensure compliances with Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act etc. for all
  branches
•      Manage and follow up with any notices received from Income Tax Department
•      Follow up on Insurance claims
•      Follow up on Customs cases & refund applications
•      Ensuring complete utilisation of Export & MSME benefits
•      Strategizing & follow up for Recovery cases
•      Co-Ordination with stakeholders for any other legal cases
•      Conduct periodical training to the Accounts team across India for new developments
  and changes happening under Taxation

Salary-12 to 14LPA

Location will be based in HO.(T nagar)

2 ) AUDIT MANAGER

Qualification-CA

Skills- Materials Audit

Gender- Male only

JD:

•      Periodical Physical Verification and Audit of Storage facilities across India
•      Production Reporting
•      Audit of materials management & procurement pricing
•      Audit & Analysis of materials sent for Installation, Warranty & AMC
•      Materials reconciliation
•      Verification of stock reports received from various departments
•      Submission of monthly stock reports to Management
•      Ensuring GST compliance for all materials movement
•      Explore avenues of cost control
•      Should be willing to travel to branches for periodical audits

Salary-10 to 12 LPA

Location will be based in Ambattur (Chennai) / in HO in 2 days a week
