Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Account & Admin Executive with 2-3 years of experience in Tally Accounting and Microsoft Excel to manage day-to-day desk work activities. The ideal candidate should have a background in commerce and be proficient in accounting and administrative tasks. Female candidates will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records and manage daily accounting transactions in Tally ERP.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and handle petty cash management.
• Maintain and update financial reports and statements in Microsoft Excel.
• Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Handle vendor and client coordination for payments and other business transactions.
• Assist in GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
• Support in office administration and other desk-related activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Commerce / B.Com.
• Experience: 2-3 years in accounting and administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP & Microsoft Excel.
• Other Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
